ES - Passage at Arms Site?

I don't have a record of finding a site for PoA yet, but I believe someone 
did express an interest in doing it.

Galen has been interested in using the grounds surrounding Knights of 
Columbus.  They have a field where they usually play baseball.  Since this 
is in February, there won't be any competition for using the grounds.  
However, I think we still needed to investigate whether archery would be 
allowed there.

Anyone else have updates?
