[Elfsea] Defender Coordinator's Meeting

Greetings!

As many of you know, next week is the Shed Cleaning Party.  The very next
day, we are having the first of two Defender Coordinators' Meetings, just
before fighter practice.

We will meet at 2pm at J. Gilligan's,  407 E. South St. , Arlington Texas.

Lady Eleanor of Cleavely very graciously bailed me out of a bad spot this
week and arranged this wonderful and totally free place for us to meet,
which is very close to the University and not far at all from the park.  For
those of you who are UTA alum's it will bring back some (hopefully)
wonderful memories.

We hope to keep the meeting as brief as possible, but we have many issues to
cover.  There will be a fairly aggressive agenda to keep the meeting on
track.

Gilligan's is not requiring anyone to purchase food or drinks for us to meet
there, but we will have a server on hand.
