[Elfsea] Baronial Pavilion and Blackwork

Anyone who is trying to decide between going to help the Barony or to come
learn the elements of Blackwork from me, please, PLEASE, go help the Barony
with the Pavilions.  I will teach anyone privately that asks for it, at
another time.  Contact me privately for an appointment, please.

I wish I could help more, myself.  Elfsea worked *very* hard to be able to
purchase that beautiful pavilion, and it must be taken care of, or it will
be worthless before you know it.

Warning::::Xene is getting on her soapbox:::::::::

This is a prop-intensive game, and while it looks nice to have big thrones,
nice pavilions, lots of tables, banners everywhere, tons of largesse, etc.,
it takes a *lot* of work to maintain all the trappings of the Baronial
Presence.  Llywelyn and I were very fortunate to have really good Baronial
Guards, autocrats, officers, and friends who helped us provide the Baronial
Presence so that we could all  be proud of our Barony.  Please, Please, do
not assume that "someone else" is going to help TE Galen and Allesandra, or
whatever autocrat is in charge.  If you are the autocrat, make sure that you
have your clean-up crew and plans in place.  Stella can't do it all anymore.

I know this may sound like a reprimand, and it is.  I heard that the Barony
has returned borrowed property in worse shape than when we received it.
That is upsetting.  I don't know all the details, but Elfsea is better than
that.  Anyone who is physically able, should try to help whenever and where
ever they can.

I realize that I live out in the borderlands, but if I can help in any way,
please ask.  I am more than willing to watch children if I am given enough
notice.

Greetings Elfsea,
     This is a request to all able-bodied hands. Our brand new Baronial
Pavilion needs to be put up to dry out. It is now stretched out on Lord
Caelin's grass in his back yard. We will be meeting at 7:30 tomorrow
(Monday)
