[Elfsea] fighter practice today 7/29

Why?  I just checked 2 weather maps and the nearest rain now is in
Weatherford and it doen't look like that it will hit the park anytime soon.
Is there anyone else going to the park?  I have to go out to Arlington
anyway and I really don't want to waste a trip out there with just 1 stop.
