Greetings!
FOR ALL OF YOU WHO NEED/WANT
A PIECE OF WOOD FOR MAKING A
BOW...
Sorry for the late notice, but I have only just
received the information myself.

A gentleman I work for has some land between
Burleson and Alvarado.  He also has OAK
TREES which need to be felled (they are dead
this season - not rotten or decayed - therefore,
"naturally seasoned").  Since Part of making a bow
involves felling a tree and splitting the wood, we can
help ourselves.

So, for you brave souls (or perhaps if you need
some firewood???) you are most welcome to join
me Saturday afternoon/evening (after it begins to cool
off a bit - so about 4 PM or so?).

We will need Chainsaws, Axes, Sledge Hammers,
    and wedges.


If you need directions,
    From I-35W, South of Burleson,
    Take Exit 30 and go East (toward Lillian)
            on FM 917
    At "T" in road, go South (right) then
    East (left) at Happy Hill
    Turn North (left) onto Dot Hudson Road
    make the next West (left) turn onto non-paved
            road.  Turn left into long, fenced-lined
            "driveway".
