[Elfsea] More Heraldic News

Greetings Elfsea!

A new LoAR (Letter of Acceptances/Returns) has just been handed down
from Laurel Queen of Arms.  Notable items to Elfsea are :

Isolda von R{u:}gen - Device Change Passed
Wilim Penbras ap Gurgeneu - Name Passed


It was further announced that the next Laurel King of Arms will be
Master Francois la Flamme.  He will be heading a team of HL Mari
Elspeth nic Bryan (Pelican Queen of Arms - Names), Mistress Zenobia
Naphtali (Title under discussion, possibly Chivlary Queen of Arms -
Armory), Master Daniel de Lincoln (Laurel Clerk and Keeper of the
Records).

All of these fine people are from either the Stargate or Bryn Gwlad
area, and will no doubt be welcoming volunteers who wish to help with
the momumental task of handling submissions for the entire Society.
