[Elfsea] Bardic

Your Grace,
There are, indeed, two bardics.  Wandering bardic was Tarkus' and Loch
Ruadh's is different.

The icons I have seen seem to have a crackled appearance which, I would
guess, is from age.  I think that you may be able to find a clear crackle
glaze at one of the larger arts and crafts stores.
