ES - Garb for newcomers and other ideas

How about a "garb swap" nite, you bring garb you no longer wear (doesnt fit,
different persona, etc) make a big pile , everyone who attends brings at
least something. If you find something in the pile you want, you take it,
anything left( and there will be), it goes to the hospitaler's chest.
