ES - Frugal Garb Competition Question

    Additional info on the competition. I like to give mention to anything 
that impresses me. Children entering would be one of those things. If enough 
children enter, I will make it a separate catagory (and the judging will 
reflect their ages). If  she is not at the event and deserves a mention, i 
will do that at the following MOOT.
