Snowball tourneys also do nothing to test the leadership of individuals.
While a good leader *can* lead a team to victory, good leadership is not
required in order to attain victory.
I'm minded of a snowball tourney just a little while ago, in which a certain
individual won, and who couldn't lead his way out of a wet paper sack.
