[Elfsea] trailer towing update

Logan's got all the welding rods a person could want... but I don't know if
he's physically up to welding a trailer hitch, especially as there is a time
consideration to keep in mind.  This is getting into the "too much sugar for
a dime" realm.

I have an electric welder and an oxy-acetaline(sp?) cutting torch.
You could use them at my house if you wish. I don't think I have
the welding rods.
