Some establishments and malls have VERY strict rules on where, when and how
one is allowed to "hand out flyers", which includes how close to the door you
are and what can and can't be handed out to their customers.  This includes
parking lots.  Not wishing negative thoughts, but better to be prepared than
disappointed.
