Depending on the copyright statement at the beginning of the video.  This would be considered a public viewing (does not fall under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act free uses as classroom instruction or personal viewing), but whomever created the video may have taken into consideration the use of it as a promotional tool.  It's all in the wording.  Of course, there's always the asking for permission of use.  I went looking over Mythos Productions website, and there's a contact email there.

Don't know if the contact or permissions will be necessary, but thought I'd toss my thoughts out there.
