[Elfsea] Brigade practice

Calling all of the loyal troops of the First Ansteorran Brigade!

Come on out to the Elfsea/Steppes joint war practice - we will hold the
brigade practice there, as part of the joint war practice.  (It only makes
sense, after all).

If Steppes and Elfsea continue to hold joint practices, those will be our
brigade practices.  If Steppes and Elfsea discontinue the joint practices,
we will need to continue holding practices once a month, so we'll need the
individual units to step up and host them.

Remember - we are having our formational meeting at Warlord.  The autocrats
have given us permission to post flyers, and to find a time in the schedule
for our meeting (thanks, Mary Elizabeth and Carlos).  Watch this space for
the exact location and time of the formational meeting.

See you on the 13th, at Randol Mill Park!  Woo hoo!
