[Elfsea] costuming source?

I use large plastic cable-ties from Home Depot. They
work well, don't usually break a needle when you
accidentally sew over one, they "move" better when
you do but are still firm, and they don't rust!

The metal boning I have used eventually gets brittle
after a while and breaks :-(
