[Elfsea] Archery Practice

I love archery, I just don't want it in a crowded public area where a badly
or accidently loosed arrow winds up in the wrong place.  I wanted to express
what I considered a viable point about why you simply just can't do it in
some places - for the same reason I can't go out and practice my pistol
shooting in the park, some things should be done at a specific location
purpose designed for the practice of that sport.  I go out to the pistol
range to practice the one, I go out to the archery range to practice the
other.
