[Elfsea] Heraldry

Hey Vivaine,

My best stab at this would be :

Per fess argent and sable, a hawk displayed and tassled between two
bars wavy counterchanged.

I presume since the bird is tassled that it is a hawk, but swap the
name for whatever bird of prey it is if I'm wrong.
