[Elfsea] Pressing topic: New Park for Practices

[Afan - Central Regional Seneschal]

The park that Earl Drake uses is in North Richland Hills. It is a very
nice park, there are some ducks by the pond, and nice facilities...
lots of light (for those evening practices) easy to get to... quiet...
nice neighborhood, etc. That's my pick!!!
