The Barony voted, unanimously, last Moot to change locations.  Some of  the
reasons cited were:  lack of palatable bathrooms, drinking water, grass and
recruitment.  Also voiced were concerns about the ever declining condition of
the park and surrounding neighborhood, odd nighttime park patrons.  Also,
insufficient light for night practice.  Also seen as a way to revitalize a
flagging practice.
