[Elfsea] New Park - needed

Throughout my devout lurking I've picked up on two things:

1) The discussion seems to have lost any real forward momentum and
2) Their Excellencies said that a decision will be made.

Thus, I'm inclined to disagree with your suggestion, Alaric.  :)  I'm
actually watching this thread closely; last time I drove out to fighter
practice, there wasn't one...
