[Elfsea] Pressing topic: New Park for Practices

I would suggest, rather than trying to consider centrality for the entire
Barony, that centrality to those fighters who consistently make it to
practice be of primary concern.

Attracting new members is a good thing to shoot for in a fighter practice.
But that only happens if folks are *at* fighter practice, so making it easy
for fighters to get there should be our primary concern.

Of course, I haven't been getting Elfsea practices, so my vote shouldn't
really count as to which park we shoot for - except in an abstract sense
regarding desirable features, perhaps. In any case, I'll drive as far as
necessary to get to practice. I've been going all the way to Carrollton,
but plan to start getting to Elfsea practice, instead. See you all there
(wherever "there" ends up being).
