[Elfsea] Archery Practice

Greetings from Mistress Stella-
Let me explain something about the formation of Loch Ruadh. When it was
formed the people there seemed to want to be independent of the Barony as a
whole and did not want the Barony to interfere with what they wanted to
do.Despite this all of us in the Barony as a whole have always wanted to
encourage Loch Ruadh and support them in their efforts, but it is up to the
Canton to decide what activities they want to have. As a member of the
Barony, I have always considered the Cantons and College to be a part of
the Barony as a whole, but they have their own members and officers who are
responsible for deciding what they want to do.
Loch Ruadh has also done things to support the Barony in its events. It is
a lot more fun when we all support and encourage each other!
	In service, HE Stella
