[Elfsea] documentation

I am submitting a piece of work for Yule Revel A&S.  It is a piece of
cross stitch that I have been working on for some time (4 years).  I
finally finished it and would like to submit it at Yule Revel but I need
help with documentation.  I have the copy of pattern that I used but
that's it.  If anyone could give me any suggestions please reply to this
email.
