[Elfsea] Archery Practice

[Wilim Penbras]

The Barony is the unit made up of all those who wish to claim her or one of her cantons.  We have zipcodes and members all over the south.

My previous post was simply taking exception to the thought that the needs of the cantons had been neglected for the last few years.  I found and still find it hard to believe that the canton could be considered neglected when it has two slates of officers who are worried about it's needs.
