My Lord,

I do not remember indicating that a final decision had
been made. All I asked was if we could postpone the
decision to December moot due to not having the crime
stats complete.

By the by, I received a confirmation letter from Fort
Worth. Hopefully, I'll have the completed stats
Monday.
