[Elfsea] Scroll and Kingdom Law

We have not received our copy of the Scroll yet, but they have been
mailed out.  As for Kingdom Law, it was delivered to the Kingdom
Chronicler at Kingdom A&S last weekend.  It still must be labeled and
mailed by him after he receives labels from corporate.  It will be a
while before you get your copy of Kingdom Law.  Just know that it is
coming - eventually.
