[Elfsea] Park for practice

I may not be able to make moot tonight, though I very much want to.  So, let
me toss in my two cents here, for consideration by those who can make it
tonight.

All I want is a park with bathrooms, wheelchair access, and parking, in a
relatively safe area.  The ability to do combat archery would be a nice
plus, as would be shade, water, and tables.

I don't care where the park is - I've been driving nearly an hour to
practice in Steppes 2-3 times a week for some time, though am now going to
start coming to Elfsea practice.  Wherever a suitable park is chosen.

Thanks, all.  And I hope to see you tonight, though I rather doubt I'll make
it.  Don't kill each other - save that for our friendly foes in March!
