[Elfsea] considering a society name

[Padraig O'Maolagain]

A search of the online armorial shows several Thoras, but no Thora Olsdottir (or any permutation of Olsdottir that I can think of), so when you get the okay from CSG, there should be no problem with registering the name.

And of course, there is no need to wait for the response from CSG to begin using the name.
