At the Wal-Mart In Stephenville, Texas

All competions have an entry fee of a toy or donation for a toy.


Friday October 26th at 6pm Site Preperation Begins

Saterday October 27th Armor Inspection starts at 9am
11:00 am Site Opens for public

12:00 pm Chivalric Tourney
                A&S Competion Begins
                A&S Classes begin (slots Open if you wish to teach a class)
                Childrens activities Begin ( Slots Open if you want to host
a

This is a charity event to aquire toys and Donations for Toys for Tots. It
is requested that all tourney and competion entrants  donate a toy or funds
for Toys for Tots. Due to recent events The need is far greater this year
than most.

Camping is avalible on site  Hotells withing 2-10 minutes of Site.
The Site is dry. Erath county is Dry
