[Elfsea] possible camping site

Further away, not in Elfsea (though I don't know if Jacksboro is, either),
lack of water, very hard to find in the dark... I left my house at 9 p.m.,
and didn't find the site until almost 4 a.m. (well, part of that time was
spent broken down on the site of the road, and waiting for an accident to
clear...).
