[Elfsea] Elfsea Stories

The Elfsea stories page has been updated with the latest stories I have
received.  I would like to request that someone who was directly involved,
please write the tale of the proper care and feeding of a Defender Autocrat.
  This was a unique and impressive chapter in our history and I personally
would like to see it preserved for the future.

I would also again request if you know other Elfsea history please write it
up.
