It is my pleasure to announce the winner of the Eldern Hills, Samhain arts and
sciences competition.

My lord did enter a viking penannular broach in the advanced catagory.  It was
most beautifully crafted. (Even without my biased viewpoint) He did win the
prize of a lovely celtic painted plate crafted by Lady Mora.
