[Elfsea] tiki torches/portable holes

I have seen these tip over... and on sites where the ground is very hard, it
is easier to pound an iron portable hole in the ground than a wooden tiki
torch.

On the torches that Innes is talking about, the wooden stakes themselves
were driven into the ground, eliminating the need for a portable hole.
