[Elfsea] possible camping site

The big concerns about using State parks (as my Household found out the hard
way at Steppes Fall Court a couple of years ago at Tyler State park):

1. Site is probably dry (which is a big drawback to those of us who enjoy
'fermented grape juice' and other spirits). At Tyler there were park rangers
wandering through from time to time and viscious rumors about fines that
could be imposed to those found drinking alcohol.

2. Tyler state park did not let us do ANY fighting. (Let's hope the
Jacksboro park is not as uptight about allowing our fighting to take place).
In the case of Steppes Fall Court, we did not find out about this until it
was too late and had to cancel the fighting scenarios we had planned.

Just some words of caution that we would need to investigate thoroughly
before using a State park site.

On a positive note, most of the State parks I've been to are absolutely
gorgeous! (and not quite so primitive as Tanglewood).
