This is an excellent idea.  Better to have it ready and never need it than
need it, and have to jump through all the hoops to get it.

It has happened once and it was messy. Perhaps we should get
a notarized statement (Maria and I are notaries) in advance
and deliver it to the Seneschal in case of emergencies.
