[Elfsea] possible camping site

in the future, when the owner gets more water, and elect.  to be more
accessible it will probably be ok.  it has a lot of potential,  my biggest
complaint is that I personally feel Elfsea events should be in Elfsea, not
some other Barony.  I have always felt this way and I probably always will
So sue me already.  This is my opinion and I am entitled to have it.
