[Elfsea] Low Attendance WAS --> RE: Water-truck/trailer

If we buy 100 I can get the large commercial (they are 10" and give off a
lot more light) size for $.90 each and can usualy get a disposable stick
that they attach to for $.05

Just food for thought.
