[Elfsea] A bit of technical help please

I know this is far off topic for the Elfsea list but I am in need of some
technical assistance.

If there is anyone out there that has experience in troubleshooting TCP / IP
and DSL problems could they please respond to this e-mail.  The more
experienced the better.
