[Elfsea] SpringFaire Setup!

Greetings All!

I am organizing the site setup for SpringFaire and I am making a call to
all hands to aid me.  We have a lot of work to do in a short time and many
hands will make light work.  To those that were not informed there was a
robbery and major vandalism at Hawkwood last weekend and it is now a bit
of a mess.  The original setup plans were to meet at 3:00PM on site and do
setup, but they will now be changing a bit.

The site opens at 5:00pm Friday 
 no one will be admitted early unless
they are on setup crew and you must prearrange with me.

Friday setup:

Lord Aradon will be on site no later than 10:00 AM.  I will have a task
list, but it will be obvious cleaning, sweeping, and taping off list
fields (we have detailed site drawings that shows all).  I will meet any
that can at Lord Caelins house (Baronial storage) at 1:00pm to load all
equipment with the goal of arriving on site not later than 3:00pm.  We
will then set up list fields, archery fields, and continue any required
cleanup.  We could use an extra pickup truck if someone is available.


Possible Thursday cleanup:
If I can get enough volunteers, it would be good if we can get a crew out
on Thursday to perform cleanup.  I must work, so I am also looking for
someone to lead this effort that knows the site.  This must only be during
daylight hours, no evening work will be allowed.
