I am sorry that I can't attend moot, but I am currently in the city of Abu
Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates.  If all goes well, I should return by
the end of this month.

I have been looking for a good set of period arab garb, but it seems to be
more difficult than it would seem.  The locals wear modern, which is more
simple and basic than the period stuff.  My co-workers keep asking me "Where
would you use something like that? You can't wear it when you get back to
the US".  My reply is simple: "Think out of the box, folks" ;)

If anyone is interested in the impressions of a medieval german in a modern
arab environment, then drop me a line.

Greetings Elfsea,
    This is just friendly neighborhood reminder that Monday night is MOOT. I
counted the Mondays and the fourth one is almost upon us already. So we will
see you all at the COOR's Distribution plant on I35W Monday night at 7:00pm.
We will try to start as close to "on time" as possible so we can get through
all the business and have social time.
