[Elfsea] King of Fools Competition

Greetings all,

As most of you are aware, along with the rains, came the post-ponement of
the King of Fools Competition.  I have given thought as to how to handle
this and here is what I have come up with.  We shall have a Fool's Court and
Revel (and thank you to whomever suggested it, I don't remember who that
was).  Based on this information, I am now looking for ideas for location,
time, and who is willing to autocrat.  This is a relatively simple event to
put together for a first time autocrat.  I am hopeing for sometime in the
next couple of months at the most.  I now open the floor for discussion.
