[Elfsea] Elfsea Roll of Precedence Online

The Roll of Precedence pages I placed up have been taken down.
Apparently, they cannot be viewed by people using browsers incapable of
doing client-side xml translations. And until such a time as I feel it
is worth my effort to recode for server side translations, they will
remain down.

Yes there are many people who were not on the list. It is the identical
list to the people in the Domesday. That is the fact of its basic
rules. My online list was never intended to be a complete listing of
everyone who had ever played in Elfsea and the surrounding area - it was
to be a listing of the people in the Domesday - those who have opted to
say they are currently an active part of Elfsea. This includes people
not only from Elfsea and her cantons but from the Steppes and her
cantons as well. You get dropped from the Domesday if you have not
updated your information in the past 2 years (in this case since
1/1/2000). If you have not been at an Elfsea Businsess Meeting,
Populace, or Fighter Practice (or sent me an email) when the Domesday
was being updated (about 3 months per year) in the past 2 years or have
been there but chosen not to update yourself, then we will not continue
publishing your information because we need to assume you have opted out
of being recognized as a part of us. Anyone who was at those functions
during the update time, or a member of this list had the opportunity to
update their information. Just as we do not allow for people to update
or add other people's personal information (couples are the exception),
we will not do it for the local RP as well. The chances of
misinformation are much too high. For people who once played and no
longer do, or who play occasionally, check their awards using the
Kingdom OP. Mine was a subset, not a replacement.
