[Elfsea] This week or why I didn't go to any Yule Revel

As we wait this Advent Season....

I apologize for not making it to either the Stargate or the Dragonsfire Tor
Yule revel this weekend.  I will be having surgery this coming Wednesday
afternoon at Baylor Medical in Dallas and had to spend all weekend preparing
for it.  I'm only supposed to stay overnight, and plan on being home
Thursday.  For the next two weeks, I'm pretty much going to be homebound, at
least until I get the hard cast on my foot.

Please, please....take a moment and think about the blessings in your life.
Most people don't think of having feet and ankles that work properly to be a
blessing, but it is.  Take good care of your feet and they will take good
care of you.

I hope to see you all at Steppes 12th Night with Mr. Shakespeare (Llywelyn)
as my date:)

p.s. If you are wondering about the surgery, I'm having my right foot
operated on - finally.  The technical terms on my admission papers for the
surgery are Removal
Exotosis Right Calcaneus, Achilles Reconstruction Right, Removal First
Tarsometatarsal Exotosis Right. Then in June - we do the left foot.
