[Elfsea] Elfsea Polling Procedures

1. Anyone can participate in the polling....,(snip) those living
within the Barony's boundaries (which include all its cantons & colleges)
and those living outside the boundaries.


Just because inquiring minds want to know, how does one know if they live
inside or outside of the barony?

Will there be a list of zip codes available?

Should that list be published in advance to facilitate the process on Monday
night?
