[Elfsea] Big Blue at Gulf Wars

could donate a pavillion for the listfield at Gulf War. I offered that with
the Barony's consent, they could use our Big Blue one. I would assume that it
would be used for their Majesties, and that we may have _limited_ access to it
ourselves. Are we willing to give them the BB or do we have plans to use it
elsewhere?

I see no problem with this.  If we are sharing the same area with Steppes, we
could possibly share their pavillion in camp and share the blue and white
pavillion on the field with Steppes.  This could leave the Big Blue for Their
Majesties....(possibly... if Steppes is ok with this.... I mean.)  Raimond
