If we can get another pavilion from Sir Galen and HL Allessandra or
someone else that would otherwise not be using theirs, then I totally
agree with this. But I have not seen anyone make their pavilion available
yet. Their Excellencies have not committed and I don't think it would
be nice to push them into it. Pavilions are expensive. The Barony
would have to be responsible for any wear and tear (literally) on
the pavilion which could exceed the dollar limit and require our
populace approve the assumption of risk.

However, if it was volunteered, we could provisionally make the
offer until the populace approved the risk - which it almost
certainly will do.
