I suggest that before we ask their excellancies to loan out an expensive personal pavilion let's give the rest of the Kingdom a chance to coff up.

It's great that Elfsea is always on the ready to come to assistance.  Let's give another group a chance to shine.

If I remember correctly several years ago we were asked to provide a pavilion at the top of the hill and it wasn't used.  And that was under KayLeigh and Drake's reign if I remember correctly..... Llwellyn?
