[Elfsea] Laurels Prize Tourney date

It was ... Crown Tournament has been moved to the first weekend in November, where LPT used to be.  LPT is now the first weekend in October, where Crown Tournament used to be.  Crown Tournament will be hosted by the Coastal Region.  Laurel's Prize Tourney is still listed as TBA, and advertisements are due for the September Blackstar at the end of this month.
