To the Populace of Elfsea,

As discussed at our last business meeting, we are trying out a new idea for
a place to hold our business meeting.  Starting the 1st Monday July 1st we
will be meeting at **Tony's Pizza : Pasta : Subs** Located at 1121 W.
Arkansas Lane, Arlington, Texas 76013 (817)-460-6082.  The site is across
the street from the PetSmart and the Albertson's on Arkansas in a small
strip shopping center.

Our business meetings are getting too large for people's homes and
background conversations have become a problem.  Several people have
expressed a place for social gathering as well.  Meeting in a restaurant
will give the place for social time and a place to take care of business.
The parking is sufficient and if we have a large meeting there is always the
Albertson's parking across the street.  The hours of the place are from 10
a.m. until 11p.m. giving us sufficient time to do both.

The meeting room is of no cost to us as long as we tip our waitress.  The
room is a closed-off room with glass windows and a door giving us some
privacy and less restaurant noise.  We will start at 6:30 p.m. for those who
wish to eat, and have the meeting begin at 7:30 p.m.  Eating during the
meetings is also not a problem.

The prices are reasonable and the food is good.  For the 3 Appetizers prices
range from $3.25 to 4.75.  There are 6 Salad choices ranging from $5.25 to
$7.50.  There are 7 Hot Sub choices range from $5.25 to $6.00.  There are 7
Cold Sub choices ranging from $5.00 to $5.75.  There are 7 House Specials
all come with a house salad from $8.00 to $10.95.  There are 8 Pasta choices
ranging from $4.50 to $6.25.  Pizza choices from by the slice at $2.25 to a
full Deep Dish Sicilian at $17.99.  They also have Stromboli and Calzones.
They have 8 Entrée choices ranging from $7.25 to $9.50.  They have most
sodas, tea, and lemonade, tap beer and also sell pitchers for $6.00.  We
were told separate checks are not a problem.

The intent is to try this for a few months to see how everyone feels about
the change of venue. The meeting for June will be at Timothy's and Anezka's
in south Arlington. I will repost this again closer to the meeting time to
remind everyone and it will be anounced at moot.
