[Elfsea] A solution to the feast problem found

We have came up with a new solution. people who have not eaten feast will be
allowed to sit with their friends. :-) we have acquired some  black light
ink and a stamp that we will use when you turn in your feast ticket at
feast. only those with a stamp will be able to get in line for food. and we
will implement Christopher's suggestion of adding additional tables around
the outside edge of the feast area so that others may join us.
